Snow day

Yesterday was snow day. Morning, much snow covered with all things. All things were white. I thought today, I can't go to KGU. Because of, my bicycle submerges by snow and bus was late. I thought went to KGU by bicycle but snow very hard so I stopped this thinking. Eventually, I went there by bus but bus later. I arrived there take an hour. This day, I had to take a test and turn in a report for professor. This class is USA literature history. I like this class very much. I took a test and turn in a report. I can answer the test well. Lunch time, I went to club room. Then I and my younger student few work. Finish work, I went to second ground. There, my senior student and friend play with snow. Most snow of KGU was melt but there is much snow there. It didn't melt. They made a snowman. They made big snow ball. I also help to make snow ball. Then I slept and tumble over. They laughed me. The snow man completed after an hour. My friend makes a face of snowman. But it was very subtle. It looks human face. Another student watched it and took a picture. They said it great and cute. We ware very funny. Next, we played snowball fight. We play it as if child. And we also played catch snow ball. If somebody falls down snow ball, the person takes a punishment game. I fall down it many times. So I took a punishment game. Punishment game was to be hit a snow ball. It was hard so sore. When we play, kindergartners play with snow. Then our snowman destroyed by two kindergartners. And two boy kindergartners came here and throw a snow ball for me. They watched our punishment game so they imitate it. We played with them. After 3 hours, we were very tired. So we stopped play with snow and went to student's union. I play snow look child after a long separation. It was very exciting.

Next, I went to explanation meeting of seminar. It was important meeting. I think carefully decide the course. I wish decide first course. After meeting, I went and heard the concert of modern folk music club. But I was too playing to listen. Then I drowse so I listen very.

Snow day is very rare. Kumamoto is hot prefecture. So snow doesn’t discover every year. I think there is snow day every year.

Shopping date

February 12th was anniversary for me. This day, I had 2 classes. I took these classes properly. After class, I went to downtown by bicycle. I arrive there 15 minutes ago. I found my boyfriend. I received mail from hem. About it, he waits me at under ground Festa. So I went there. I found him there hard, but I didn't find him. So I send a mail about his whereabouts. And return mail from him. About it, he wait mahjong game place. So I went there and he plays mahjong game. Next we went to Parco for buy my new coat. Parco is holding grand bazaar so I wanted to buy new coat there. We went to shops from 2 floors to 7 floors. When we find a coat at 3 floors, I found a blue coat. I tried it and look it by mirror. Shops staff came and advise it my boyfriend also said it match me. But it was very expensive. So I didn't decide it then. Then we found another coat. But we couldn't find good coat more than first coat. We went to shop except Parco. But we couldn't good coat. Eventually, I bought first coat. Then I didn't have enough money, but this coat can't keep. So I just have to use my credit card. This coat was very expensive for me but good material and design. So I like it. After, we play together. First plan, he came home at p.m. 8:00 but this day's night snowy. So he must come home early because of, he lives in far. He came home at p.m. 7:00 by bus. I missed he came home early. After, came home, we talked with Skype.

This day, I had a very nice time. Shopping date was my dream. So I wanted to it very much. It was very exciting. So I want to it again someday. Next, I want to it at other place for example, Youme town or Crea.

Coming of Age ceremony

February 11th, this day was Coming of Age Day. And Coming of Age ceremony held at gym near the prefectural library. I woke up at a.m. 4:00. Because of, I must arrive to hair salon at a.m. 5:30. I must leave home at a.m. 5:30. I went there by my car with my parents. First, I was made up by hairdresser. She was cute and funny person. I had never makeup. I didn’t know about makeup. I leaved her about makeup. She asked me what color you like about eye shadow. I answered blue or green. She had chosen green eye shadow. The makeup was very deep. My face became another person’s face. Next, my hair was set up by other hairdresser. She is my familiar hairdresser. I got a lot of benefit from her since I was primary school student. She keenly saw me. My hair was curl. I never curl hair. After finish hair make, I wear the Furisode. My furisode was my mother's Furisode. So the pattern was very old. I hated this pattern. But decoration sash was bought. Furisode was trying. Wearing took 20 minutes. I thought Kimono was very tight and troublesome. Finish wearing; I was taken many pictures by my father. He has a digital camera so he used it. I dislike to be taken picture. So I couldn’t smile then. Past a.m. 8:00, I moved to city for take a picture at photo shop. But I arrived there too early. So I stayed there with my parents. My father took many picture of me there again. I didn’t smile there. After staying, I went to studio in the photo shop. There is it 3 floors. I was took 6 pictures. I was many pose. I really hate to be taken picture. After finish, I went to meeting place by my car. I got out of the car at prefectural office. I change from it to a free bus. I went to meeting place by bus. When I arrived there, many people came there. I found my friends there. And I saw my friends of I was junior high school student. They didn't change looks. I find them at once. I feel so good old when I saw them. I saw many friends there and I took many pictures with them. After an hour, ceremony started. I sit down with my friends. The ceremony was boredom. I didn't listening mayor and other person's speech. But drum performance by high school students and hand bell performance by primary school students was very good. Finish ceremony, I and my best friend went to high school by bus. My high school is Daiich high school. OG held alumni association at high school. I saw my teacher and my friends. I talked with my friends and teachers. They ware didn't change. After an hour, I went to downtown for see my boyfriend. He waited front of Parco. He wore shiny suit. He looked me and says that I don't me. He always says me to makeup. But then he says makeup was too deep. And he and I went to my house by taxi for I change my clothes. He came to my house first time. He didn't meet my parents. I change my clothes, wash my face and my hair arrange. Finish my preparation, he and I went to downtown again by bus. Arrived downtown, we went to Cybac. We watched DVD: Detroit metal city. This movie was very funny. We laughed very much. After watched DVD, he came home by bus. I also came home by bus. This day, I had a very good time with my important persons.

February 6th, it was held first sweep. This day, new sub conductor first sweep front of other members. She distributes New sub conductor is freshman. She is mandolin experienced person. She chosen a song Flower. The song was made by Syoich Kina. He is a Okinawan singer. I played this song by Mandora. I was Cello part prayer but I shift for Mandora part. So I can’t play it well yet. So I couldn’t play this song. I can’t read “To” sound sign yet. I can read “He” sound sign only. I practice to read “To” sound sign. And I practice to play the Mandora too.

I went to officer reelection party of traveling abroad research club. The party held at Young person hall. I went there with young student.
When I arrive there, other club member sit down already so I also sit down. I talked with other music club member for example, modern folk club, light music club and cosmic mind orchestra club. I drank little beer and much hot sake. I like hot sake and I and my friend drunk much hot sake each other.

Book review

I read The BOOKSTORE BURGLAR. Mr. Brown runs Black Cat Book store. He runs it with him cat. This cat isn’t normal cat. Her friends are mice and her favorite food is cheese. Every morning, Mr. Brown and cat eats cheese as breakfast so open the store downstairs. The cat name is Cobweb.

This bookstore is abnormal bookstore. It sold only ghost story. And there are ghosts. But these ghosts are very friendly and doesn’t harm for customers. Children also enjoy this store. Cobweb helps Mr. Brown’s works. She patrols around the store for him. One day, Cobweb finds a stranger. He unfastens the spare key from hook and put in his pocket. Mr. Brown didn’t notice it. Only Cobweb noticed it. Cobweb said stop for burglar but he didn’t stop. She notices that he is burglar. So she asked ghost to help her. Then, a book hits burglar’s head. Everyone surprised and go to him. Cobweb meowed to show the spare key no from hook for Mr. Brown. But he didn’t notice it. He said his ghost mistakes for burglar. Burglar very angry and asked the ghost. He said that there are ghosts in this store. Children also said that there are friendly ghost here. But burglar said that didn’t believe ghost.

Finish this day, Mr. Broun locked the store’s door. He eventually didn’t notice that no spare key on hook. Cobweb meowed to show no key but he was too tired to notice. He said tired and went to upstairs. Cobweb stayed in downstairs. She thought that burglar return. And burglar really comes there. She asks ghosts “Are you ready?”

Burglar came into the store. He had a flash light. Then, a books fall down from shelf. Ghosts drop it. Burglar little amazed but he said that doesn’t believe the ghost. Cobweb makes a noise scratching the blind by claw. She is black cat so he didn’t look her. He was very surprised and dropped the flash light. And Cobweb shout and make a noisy by claw. Ghost dropped many books. Burglar shouts to help!

Mr. Brown downed from upstairs. And he thought wonder about why downstairs is very noisy. Then he on the store’s light. So he saw the burglar. Burglar said for him “Your ghosts are not friendly!” and he ran away outside. Fortunately, burglar didn’t steal anything. Mr. Brown found the spare key on the door and he notice that no spare key on hook. He said thank for Cobweb and ghosts. Actuary, ghosts is mice of Cobweb’s friends. Mr. Broun takes to upstairs and gave cheese for them.

I want to go this exciting book store. Because, I like books, ghosts, and animals!

Book review

I read the Hare and the Tortoise. I have read this story when I was child. Maybe this story was Aesop’s Fables. But this book was little different I know story. Hare’s name is Harry, Tortoise’s name is Tom. They work same company together. Their company is Super Speedy Deliveries. Harry is good deliverer. He is fastest of all members. Everyone think so too. And Harry was sure of it too. One day, Harry came from deliveries and he said that beat new record himself again to Tom. Tom works in company. He works as office worker. When Harry comes company, many letters spread throughout room. Tom puzzled and thought little trouble for him. One morning, Harry was very happy because, he breaks his record time during delivery. And he started his brag for other associates. T He said he is fastest creature in the world. And he proves it by a race. Then Tom said will race him. Harry was very surprised and much laughed. He said him is he serious? But Tom was very serious. He said him that has the race next Saturday at ten o’clock and Tom chooses the race course. This news spread all animals. They talk everyday about this news. This news makes all the newspapers and broadcast on TV. Harry started hard training every day. He woke up early morning and went running in the evenings too. So he checks the race course. Other, Tom was didn’t training. He eats cake and drinking tea with his friends at his house. His friend said he should little training. But he never was training. On the very day of race, Harris’s friends cheer up him, Tom’s friends looks didn’t happy. Start the race, Harry was very fast and everyone can’t see him at once. But Tom was very slowly. He stayed start line. Harry was rest under the tree after little time. He did hard training everyday so he was tired. So he rest there. He think Tom was come on yet. But he was too asleep. When he wakes up, Tom was forward goal line. He remembers the race and little stretching and run. But he didn’t overtake Tom. The race’s winner is Tom.

Winter vacation diary

My winter vacation was very tired. Because of I most day work part time job in Tsuruya. My real holiday was only 3 days, 25th, 26th, and New Year. I spend Christmas with my boyfriend I spent happy time. Then I was seen my friend of university so I feel little mean. I watch the movie “Nodame Cantabile”. This movie was very fan. I want to watch sequel on April with him.

Other holiday was part time job. I’m casher since one year ago. I work in Tsuruya between 27th and 31st. I work there for 5 days. 31st was very busy. Many customers came there and bought New Year’s food and goods. So I work without rest. I was very tired. I was very surprised at customers. They bought food over 10 thousand yen. Some customers bought food over 50 thousand yen. I thought they have too much money. But I didn’t mistake by 31st. After finish work on 31st, I gave the soba from staff. I was happy. Then my family returns to Oita. My grandmother lives in Oita so they went there. I must work so I stayed in Kumamoto alone. My father and younger brother went there on 30th. My mother went there on 31st. So I was alone between 31 and New Year. I went home after part time job and I went shopping to drug store. I bought fresh cream, milk, fruits can and cheese.

Return home, I cooked supper. Supper was the buckwheat noodles eaten on New Year’s Eve. It was duck nanban buckwheat. I eat it with watch One Peace the movie adventure of Dead End. It was delicious. After supper I washed dishes and bath time. From p.m.11:45, I contacted my boyfriend to use Skype. Do you know Skype? It was Internet telephone surveys. Only register, can free telephone. I and he talk with Skype every day.
We could countdown together, when became New Year, we say Happy New Year each other. I was very happy that welcome New Year with him. Then I made New Year mail and send it to my friends of course, my boyfriend was too. We talk many things. But I was very tired so I was very sleepy. I didn’t disconnect so I said to him it. However, I fell asleep without notice. I woke up once on a.m. 4:00. Then Skype was disconnected. So I put out personal computer’s power.

I woke up at a.m. 11:00 next morning. I first do cleaning my bird’s house. Next, I made blanch. I made zarusoba as blanch. It was so so. And I play video game at living. There is big TV on living. My TV is very small so it is difficult to watch. I thought I want to play video game with use big TV. Always I don’t have time and my parents don’t admire play it use it. So the day was chance for me. I brought my video game player from my room and played video game. The game was interesting but little difficult for me. I played it for two hours. After finish video game, I made hotcake’s cake. First I whisked fresh cream. I add much sugar together. Fresh cream is very delicious. Next I made hotcakes. I made 4 hotcakes and cool down. Finish made hotcakes, I went to bath time. After bath time, hot cake was perfect cool down. So I spread fresh cream to it and put on fruits and spread fresh cream again. And put on other hotcake and spread it again. I spread it many. Finish put on fruits. Hotcake’s cake perfection! Next I made dinner. I made gratin and sandwiches. Gratin is my pet dish. I made it many times. This day’s gratin was very delicious Sandwiches too. I also drink wine so I little got drunk. Then I received correct from my boyfriend. Then he went home from his cousin’s house so he said me can Skype from p.m. 10:15. I asked yes and I wait him forward personal computer.

Next day was my part time job day. So I woke up at a.m.7:00. I eat hotcake’s cake as breakfast. It was delicious. This day part time job started at a.m.9:00. So I must go to Tsuruya. Part time job was free. Customers ware few. So was very free.

My winter vacation was part time job day. I was very tired but I think I was much earned.

Book reviw

I read Princess Polly and the Pony. This story was exciting story.

Polly is princes of one country. She likes to ride a pony. The pony is Polly’s friend. She rides him every day. And she goes to forest, hill, and etc. She goes to many places with her pony. I envy her, I also want to ride pony and go to many place. She likes it. But she goes to there with ware beautiful dress so it is very smut. Her parents ware very angry by see her. They say that she is princess so princess doesn’t do tomboy. She was very angry by listen them opinion. They say that gives new crown for her. King takes her on foot with ties hand each other. On the way to royal tower, she notices one poster. It was news of dressing-up race. King shows her that they will recognize first prize. She thought run this race and if she disguise, parents doesn’t notice her. She doesn’t listen king’s talking after look this poster. She thought this race all time. On race day, she wake up early and change her dress that knight costume. And she went to barn and dressing-up her pony. She rides him and went to meeting place of race. Then she looks boy, I don’t looks her girl.

She was careful to get first prize. If she get firs prize, she was notice her parents. So she runs very slowly. But he enjoys this race. She just enjoy run with pony. Then one accident happened. Top runner fell down and second runner, third runner, and all runner that running forward Polly. So Polly get first prize. She feels wrong, and she was taken forward her parents. They didn’t notice her. They say to take her dressing but she refuses this demand. But they took her dressing, and they notice her. They ware very surprise and angry her. Then other audience burst into cheers. So her parents couldn’t angry and they let her to ride pony. She was very happy. So she at once rides pony and goes to other place.

I feel Polly was very active girl. I want to become look her. And I want to ride pony or horse so go to many places.

This year's goal

This year’s goal is to go overseas as foreign course this summer vacation. Last year, I should go to New Zealand but I couldn’t go there effect of new flu. So I want to go overseas absolutely. I want to go New Zealand or Canada.

Last year, I wrote a report about animal protection. If I go there, I would research this theme. But I could go there, so I researched about this with internet. Now, I introduce my report.

I examined about New Zealander and Japanese consciousness of animal protection. Japan and New Zealand are loves animal country. But is there different side of animal protect? And what is it doing both counties about animal protection? I write about it after this sentence.

Japanese like animals and Japan is country of love pets. Scale of pet industry market goes over one trillion yen now. But there are also many animals send for animal protection center. Kea, weka, takahe, morepork owl, and tuatara that is living fossil it’s said dinosaur's alive remainder. These animals are threatened with extinction. People takes plan to protect these animals.

Paradise valley Springs in Rotorua is Wild bird Sanctuary for being threatened with extinction birds. Animal protection group run this sanctuary. There is big keeping area and there are birds that couple or be protect by injury. There are also artificial hatching facilities, research facilities and selection of display. People can watch fly of raptorial that was trained with interactive guide. It tallies result training that said Karearea or New Zealand falcon and Peculiar birds of prey to New Zealand. When treat is impossible and big task for animal, put them to sleep. But family veterinary treat until limitation. And long stay dog over 3 month is left for general home is called “Foster family”. This purpose is to be experience life outside cage and taste the delights of family dog. The money for food and medical bill are bear SPCA during keep the dog.

The SPCA’s administration fund is donation. It are individuality donation and for local company. And it isn’t rare to leave will behind, it isn’t also people choose SPCA as legacy descent place. The person that to take care of animals in facility is volunteer and they also gather fund. Volunteer‘s condition is over 18 years old and to can do volunteer over one year. SPCA’s administration is impossible without volunteer.

Japan and New Zealand is same love animal country but animal protect side is different. Japan is fall behind other country about animal protect. Japan should follow other country and arrange the system of animal protect.

Today's diary

I also worked part time job in Tsuruya today. Today was very free. There were little customers there. So I didn’t work hard. I spoke with other workers.
But one event occurred when I finish my work. I counted much money, always I perfect to count money. But I mistook to count money today. I caused two thousand pulse errors today. I was very sad. Many members comforted me. I was little happy.
I will work there tomorrow. So I determined that not mistake tomorrow.
